Teachers/staff supplied by Riplington & Associates’ are engaged under the organisation/school’s terms of employment. They are not employees of Riplington & Associates’ but are deemed to be under the supervision, direction and control of the school/organisation from the time they report to take up duties and for the duration of the Assignment. The school/organisation is expected to comply in all respects with all statutes including by-laws, codes of practice and legal requirements to which the school/organisation is ordinarily subject in respect of the school/organisation’s own staff.

Whilst every effort is made by Riplington & Associates’ to give satisfaction to the School/Organisation by ensuring reasonable standards of skills, integrity and reliability from the teacher/staff and further to provide them in accordance with the School/Organisation’s booking details, Riplington & Associates’ are not liable for any loss, expense, damage or delay arising from any failure to provide any teacher/staff for all or part of the period of the booking or from negligence, dishonesty, misconduct or lack of skill of the teacher/staff.
